Each summer the Wathen Foundation has offered two or more intergenerational Elderhostels for grandchildren and grandparents. Located at scenic Warner Springs Ranch in north San 
Diego County, each program features aviation learning and hands-on activities, including glider rides and instruction. No programs will be offered in 2009 because of insufficient enrollment. We hope and expect to resume in 2010 as the economy recovers and people start traveling again.
